Aggregatie
Aggregatie betekent het opbouwen van de ouder-kindrelatie (= correcte term?) terwijl producten op de aanvoerband bewegen. Bij elke verpakkingsfase wordt informatie verzameld, moedercodes toegewezen en gegevens geregistreerd zoals vereist door relevante wetgevingen.
Hardware and software
In order to aggregate in the most reliable way, peripheral devices are employed alone the line to complete the various steps required. These devices can include printers and labellers, cameras read and inspect printed codes, reject stations, as well as standalone printers and handheld readers.
Customisation
Aggregation machines from VistaLink and Antares Vision are supplied to fit your organisational requirements. These components can be integrated into one interface that can easily be accessed from any screen that is installed on the line.
Our company implemented a 100% inspection system in collaboration with VistaLink to detect and prevent defects at customer level and to meet their quality standards. The system was able to check parts quality with more than 15 quality criteria on a total production of 275 Million units per year. Despite the complexity of the project itself, the system was successfully implemented in more than 20 manufacturing lines and the quality delivered to our customers increased enormously. It helped us to prevent defects and to improve our process.
